Day Game Drives

A game drive is an adventure that entails viewing wildlife in the comfort of a 4×4 open-sided safari vehicle that accommodates 4 to 6 people, a sure way to give you that classical safari feeling. Safari game drives are one of the most popular ways to see wildlife in the game reserves and parks. Most game drives are conducted in the early mornings, late afternoon, since these are the coolest times of the day when most animals are more active. During the game drive, knowledgeable safari guides will introduce you to life in the savanna and share their infinite knowledge about African wildlife.

A safari game drive can vary in length and distance, depending on individual preferences. As you drive into the wilderness, you will be captivated by the vast beauty of the savanna, with its rolling hills and infinite horizon. If you wish to use the safari vehicle exclusively for you and your companions, such arrangements are allowed. Picnic lunches, bush breakfasts, sundowners can be arranged and enjoyed during game drives.

Night game drives

Night game drive viewing is an admirable activity to do on your safari expedition if you are interested in seeing wildlife creatures at night time as well as listening to clear sounds of norcturnal wildlife in their African wild setting. Some of the nocturnal animals to see on your guided night game drive include African Scrub Hare, genet cats, bush baby, Aardvark, hyenas, leopards and lions on backs of impalas. And in order to have clear sighting of these animals you need to carry a strong lighting torch with you - mostly provided by your safari guide. And sometimes travellers get revealed with exceptional sighting of wildebeest all huddled up at night. So we advise our travellers to always go for night game drive with an escort or armed guide.

The night game drives are rare in most African protected areas and wildlife conservancies. The African wilderness is Magical during the night as it promises the wonders of the nocturnal life or theatre with only hunters found in the game. Find the restless kobs and gazelles sleep with all the ears alert, the lions roaring.
